Qualification required for membership
CNW membership is open to all independent companies in Trade and Transport, Each application is reviewed by the administrator at free of cost. Upon the approval the administrator will forward the first annual membership Invoice along with member to member agreement. Each member must accept the code of ethics and follow the common business practice. To become a verified Member each member must produce any one the following registration/License copies.
- Registered with a competent registration authority.
- Local Chamber of commerce registration.
- National Association Membership
Does the application for membership need to be completed electronically?
No, while we encourage you to join by using our registration format with your sign and endorsement (stamp) you can down load an application format by filling in Capital Letters on computer, print it after completion and then stamp and sign.
If I join now, when will my membership begin and end?
Dues are on annum basis and are valid from the time you join/renew until the following year during that same time of the year. Invoices are mailed beginning 30 days prior to your expiration date. Full payment is due by your expiration date..
Can I go online after my membership has expired to renew?
You will find a 30 day grace to renew your membership from your expiration date. After that time your membership online access is changed to non-member, and your renewal billing record is deleted from the system. Once this occurs, you must contact CNW via e-mail CNW-Membership (at) cnwbusiness.com or by phone to your nearest office to renew your membership. At that time your membership will be renewed under a new begin and end date.
