Cancellations, Refunds, & Transfers (for Orientation visits or delegations, these terms and conditions are not applicable)
Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing. You may receive a full refund for your conference registration with + 90 Days email@example.com
Cancellations after 90 days with 50 % refund + above applicable charges.
Cancellations after 60 days no refund.
In case of emergency situations you may call and notify our coordinator for cancellation and later we will entertain refund and transfer of amount on the receipt of written request.
Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the end of the show automatically forfeit all registration fees paid unless your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurred before 60 days prior to the start of the conference.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Simply e-mail a copy of your confirmation letter with a cover letter stating your request along with a completed registration form from the person replacing you to:
Individual registration forms received at the Early Birds or REGULAR rate without FULL PAYMENT will not qualify for the discounted rate and will be assessed the current rate at the time full payment is received. Registration forms received without any payment will not be processed.
